Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at East Carolina University - ECU 1.8 Whenever I've been around phi mu's they've been sloppy. If that's what these self-ranks mean by "fun", then sure, they're tons of fun. There are a few cuties but for the most part they're a laughing stock. Bottom tier, no question.
