Known for their huge parties. Sent some girls to the hospital last fall bc of their parties and got in trouble bc of that. Haven’t recruited to their potential despite having best frat house on campus

Everyone knows that they have the nicest House on campus, you cant miss it when you come down West 5th Street. However, it is so open that anytime they want to have an event, they have to get a permit and hire off duty officers. This is not a problem if youre 21, but can definitely be a deterrent if you are carrying a case and are underage. Currently on probation from the university from hospital transports from the last fall. Known to give bids to just about anyone that goes through their house because they need the money and they need the heads to live in the house. They had a OSR philanthropy concert this past spring, but either they didnt raise any money or they didnt report it to the university because they have zero community service hours and zero philanthropy dollars reported. Their GPA is low, but considering they have the most brothers on campus, that can be understood. If you want a good fraternity experience, but become just another number in the system, rush Theta Chi.

By far the nicest house on campus, and they'll tell you all about it. Kinda in the middle of an identity change. Throws great parties overall.

they really seem to be close to every brother, parties are fun and have a nice house. Some guys are kinda weird and can be rude but that goes for every frat.

These guys are laid back as hell and know how to have fun, but also keep the brothers in line. Went to a few of their parties and the brothers are down to earth and genuine people. Great frat
