Been on the rise since getting the new house for sure. All the new guys are great and the Halloween party they threw this year was insane. Only complaint is the lack of events

Really nice as well as have a great house for parties. All the dudes in here are cool and want to have a good time. Pledge classes have been getting better and better.

So mid. Only people who care about this fraternity are greasy freshmen girls. Didn’t even know they existed until they got Phi Taus old house. Hope they can live it up before phi tau comes back and they just fade back into irrelevance.
