Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at East Carolina University - ECU 2.2 These guys are so rude. The few times I've decided to actually go to one of their parties I've come in to contact with some of the rudest frat boys I've ever met. They definitely take the cake for the frat with the most as s holes at ECU. Such a shame.
