Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at East Carolina University - ECU 5.0 Chi Phi has made the most improvements I've seen in Greek Life over my span of time here at ECU. Great group of guys, good looking, and they are gentleman (which is hard to find now a days). They could pick up some slack on campus, but they throw the best parties.
