Alpha Sigma Phi - ΑΣΦ Fraternity at East Carolina University - ECU 4.2 Believe it or not this group of rag tag guys have for some amazing things early in their young fraternity career. Believe it or not they are chartered now and continue to move up. And another thing people don't know/ can't believe is that they are the third largest fraternity on campus now.
