Alpha Sigma Phi - ΑΣΦ Fraternity at East Carolina University - ECU 2.6 Pretty new Fraternity. They are off to a decent start but need a lot of improvement, they have the ability to do big things with this chapter. Only time will tell. As of right now they are lower middle tier.
