Heard alot about these guys and I think the best way to put it would be they try to bat above their average. Talked to alot of girls who tell me they dont wanna g back to the house cause the guys there are kind of creepy? They have to give the house back in a couple of years anyways, not somewhere that I would recommend rushing/partying.

honestly not a bad frat, their partys are pretty fun but there are some creepers that come to them who arent in the frat but they get kicked out or talked to
