its like the high school miss fits in high school got together to make their own chapter. on friday nights they usually have a party earning the term "theres always phipsi" but its more of a last resort. though if you are looking for easy picking of girls then thats where to go, the problem is theres usually only a few at the party anyway

i don't know them that well but here's my take. they have a reputation for being hot, but it has dwindled in the past year. the guys want to do things with them b/c they only see their physical appearance. I have not seen them involved on campus much.
