A real problem fraternity. Not well organized and their brotherhood is very sketchy. I would not consider this a solid fraternity. More like on shakey ground.

The Phi Psis have no business being ranked this high. Went to their parties previously, mostly guys and brothers. The girls that are there are sort of awkward, much like the brothers themselves. Also, they're losing their house soon
