DZ is a solid middle tier. They have a variety of girls some are your stereotypical blondes while others are more exotic looking. Of course they have girls that arent drop dead gorgeous but looks dont seem to matter to them. In general these girls always look like they have so much fun. They are seen out a lot/are outgoing. Have lots of conenctions to frats. They care a lot about being involved around campus and their sisterhood. Very face value, arent fake during recruitment

They're moving up but they will NEVER be top tier. I know a sister and she doesn't even know/recognize half of her sisters and that's pretty ridiculous considering it's been a full school year...

Bottom tier because they aren't the prettiest, however these girls are so sweet and genuine. I've never seen one of their sisters sloppy and embarrassing herself dt.

Dz you will never be top tier, or even middle tier. You have a few pretty girls but the rest are weird and try hards. DZ tried to give me a bid before they even met me because so many girls dropped and they needed girls...easiest "no" of my life. However I applaud you on how many philanthropy events you do.

They remain top tier, but I have no idea why. Horrible sisterhood, so many girls drop. They don't even talk to each other and they love their sister's sloppy seconds. Yes they're pretty but that only gets you so far.

got a good pledge class last fall. they really only seem to be concerned with getting pretty new girls. They are openly nice at parties and downtown. They dirty rush like its their day job and trick you to believe axid is top tier. regardless of the tier system they are irrevelent. Pretty sure they only are involved during their mandatory philanthropy events. spend too much time trying to look good rather then maintaining a productive and relevant chapter.
