Definitely Bottom Tier. The guys are pretty weird/creepy and theres maybe 1 decent looking guy in their entire fraternity. I think they try and make up for their bad qualities by having a lot of parties and a lot of alcohol so the girls can't tell. The guys have been aggressive to me and my sisters at their parties. They don't seem to care about philanthropy

Definitely bottom tier with AOII. They seem to take in everyone and everything. The girls are extremely stuck up despite being bottom tier and not that good looking.
