Love the Pike boys. They throw great parties and the guys know how to have fun. Their house might be a little far away but who cares when you have sober drivers. Also their house is the perfect place for a party.

Love the Sig Ep guys but they don't know how to throw a fun party. Every time I go to a party at sig ep I end up leaving within 30 minutes because they're boring. Nice house though.
