I've always had a ton of fun at they're parties, even if it's mostly freshman who go. The PJ is pretty much always on point and the parties are always pretty lit. You don't hear about them much but they're definitely over looked. Easy to pick up guys to go home with there too.

They are the real life animal house no doubt about that. Theta chi is the place you go so when you graduate you have those insane college party story's to tell the rest of your life. If you like to have a wild good time these are your guys.
