So some are definite players. But they're nice, they're fun, and they're hot hot hot. Great parties and fun guys as friends but not husband material type dudes aka don't try to date one of them

Pike doesn't have a ton of parties, but when they do, they're fun. Guys are super cool & their house is a perfect house for a frat party, only problem is it's far away. They always provide A ton of sober drivers though which is cool

Okay so their parties aren't the greatest. Partly because they have a really small house, in a kind of weird location. The guys aren't super cute but they're honestly really nice guys. Never been rude to me. And they do party like every weekend so they're always an option to go to. Genuine guys who do care about their brothers, just the parties seem more like house parties than frat parties

Not a fan of delta chi at all. Some of the new pledge guys are cute, nice guys but the majority suck. Barely any are attractive, boring parties, and they're super rude even to girls. One of the worst frats on campus. They do a lot with sororitys though so I guess the only girls that like them are sorority girls

Some of the guys in Beta are nice, some are cute. Location of their house is good but honestly they're not super fun and no one really goes to their parties.. Bottom tier for sure, some guys are extremely rude

ATO is interesting. They have some awesome parties, some that suck. Some of their dudes are fun and nice, some are probably the creepiest guys I've ever met. All pretty cute though

Alpha Sig may not be known as "top tier", I'd say more middle, but from a girls perspective id say they're #1. Of the frats I've been to, which excludes a few, Alpha sig is the only one who has never treated me rudely whatsoever. Fun, nice guys who throw super fun parties. Plus they're cute.
