This is a very friendly mid size chapter. As a new chapter they’ve grown pretty fast. I have a lot of great friends in the chapter however they tend to piss of their neighbors.

Very nice people with good parties. The house is near my apartment and I go for the tailgates every game day

I met this frat at one of their parties, they were respectful to everyone. It was cool seeing how much of a brotherhood they were, would def rush them if I were a guy just from seeing how close they were

I can tell that all these boys want to see their fraternity succeed. They have made great sorority relations and been nothing but kind to all the girls i bring to the house. i personally really like chi phi and see them doing big things in the near future.

Every good review on here is fake. this is well known the bottom tier frat along with TKE. dont be fooled by their page, i dont know about any girls that have been here or that will ever go here.

Growing fraternity with really good parties. Wish they had more events, so I could go more. House is great for parties and cannot wait to go again
