Best frat on campus. The majority of this house is filled with nothing but gentlemen. They also throw the best parties and are still better off than any other frat academically. THIS is where you'll find future husband material in IV. Definitely my favorite.

These girls are really sweet and awesome. Partying with them is always fun for me. The thing I like most about these girls is that they are not stuck-up or rude. All the ones I have talked to are very down to earth and friendly. They know how to party and keep it classy at the same time.

The majority of this house is filled with gentlemen and I haven't ran into a douche bag yet. Im exciting for next year when they get their new house! They're not top house as of now, but I can see it happening when they move into their new house :)
