Sororities don’t have. Fraternities, well… I can only speak about sororities from my knowledge and they are nice to and love their pledge classes, put a ton of work into getting a good mix of new pledges. Sorority life is great at UGA, but I won’t lie, the rush process is pretty competitive (brutal). In the end, it’s worth it.
