Definitely best tin the state, does have its drawbacks (lot of dbags). Greek community is really involved at uva for most part (looking at you KA/Zete/Pika...). Hard to get bids for sure, from what my friends have told me at their schools knowing a few people from home that like you basically guarantees you a bid whereas here that doesn't fly.
