Select fraternities haze hard, most are very relaxed. Being in a major city leads to a small Greek population. Without school-affiliated Greek housing, it allows Frats like SigEp and SAE which are not real frats due to a lack of a pledgeship and banning drinking, to still remain slightly as fraternities. As of writing, SigEp is probably top tier, but that’s because they don’t haze and only accept attractive or athletic guys. SAM and SAE are probably the two top tier traditionally.
