No, tailgates aren’t as wild as USC, but gameday is still fun. Frat parties are as good as any other school I’ve visited, some frats have really cool (off-campus) houses. The university hates Greek life and the halls on-campus aren’t that nice. Most girls seem to rush, guys less so. There are lots of attractive people who like to party, but not as many as you might find at other state schools. Girls don’t have to be in srats to get into parties, although it does make it easier to find out about parties/get pledge drivers/get invited to events and functions. If you’re a guy and want to party somewhere other than your apartment or downtown, basically you need to rush. Overall Greek life is decent.
