USD is a different school compared to others. There are 3 types of people who go here: the people who pay for their tuition in full, the people who rely on their scholarship, and the people who are struggling to get by. No one goes to any sporting events instead we will go to the beach or have darty's. It is not a huge party school but if you know people then you will always have somewhere to go out to. It sucks that we don't frat row because everyone lives on the beach and the houses are small and get rolled easily. Academics are decent, I know that the administration is trying to make it a more selective school.
