Historically, Greek life at CSU hasn't played a big role at the school. However, I have noticed that within the last 2 years it has picked up dramatically. CSU school restrictions are still tight, but thankfully are becoming more and more lenient. Greek life parties are still always held out of the actual fraternity houses and are usually held at a member's house. But slowly and surely its beginning to grow. If you're looking for huge Greek life at a college I wouldn't go here or anywhere else in Colorado. If that what you truly desire then the South or a Big 10 school is the place to go. Those college cultures are centered around Greek life because there isn't much to do outside of the college. In Colorado, many students take to other recreational activities such as the mountains and outdoors in general. This dilutes the appeal for Greek life and I think puts an invisible ceiling on how big Greek life percentages can grow in Colorado schools.
