Greek Life is the lifeblood of SMU! People can say what they want and the school can tell the media whatever they want, but Greek life is HUGE at SMU! Yes you can survive if you are not in the Greek system, the administration is working hard to prove that you can make it but it is what it is! SMU is one of the most conservative schools in America and should be proud of that and build on that but the administration keeps trying to fight it (Suspension of 3 Fraternities in the last year)! The Greek system is alive and well at SMU and it is amazing that the board of trustees and the alumni have not made the administration understand this!
