Cal Poly has great Greek life if you want to be involved in extra curricular activities such as philanthopy events and greek wide events! When it comes to parties, the school has immensely cracked down on party regulations so there are not as many as when I was a freshman and they are not as inclusive because they have limits. Definitely join if you want to be an uber involved member of the cal poly community! Many people involved in Greek life are involved in many other clubs and social groups as well which is nice because you house is not your only group of friends if you make it that way.
