Greek Life here is more laid back, you'll see a lot of them involved in everything. Each sorority and fraternity has a different feel to it if you actually pay attention. Most greeks here hang out with non greeks too. Rush is pretty stressful because it seems like theres only a few good ones on each side until you see that they're all pretty good, and most of them are friendly. Give it a try if you're interested.
