Greek mansions aren't make or break at RIT since you can't throw parties in them anyway. A few organizations haze but if you find out they do, just quit and repledge someone who aligns with your values. No one's got time for that garbage. If you want to grow by surrounding yourself with good people, get involved on campus, or just have a good time - you'll find your organization. Greek life is by far your best bet.
