Comment:  ChiO is unique. A mix of a lot of different girls. They have a rep for always being in the library, but the ones I know are frickin insane and rage. Attractiveness is 50/50. There are some average girls, but then there are total smokeshows. Overall, they seem to have a "work hard, play hard" mentality and though they're not top tier, I've never heard anyone talk badly about them.
