Comment:  This fraternity will stay on top because there is no competition. Its not like TDX is just amazing, its just that no other frat but Zeta has been able to be at eye level with them. Sure, Sig Ep now has the Zeta house for 3 years, but Sig Ep doesn't have the brotherhood to compete with other top fraternities anymore. This is Rutgers, you have to be savages to be top house, Sig Ep has the house, but TDX no doubt has a better fitting brotherhood to bethe best
