Comment:  The only reason they are "bottom tier" to most people is that they just rechartered 2 years ago so they are new to campus and they don't have a house yet. Great group of guys, had classes with many of them and hung out/partied with them a lot. True gentlemen and just fun to be around. Honestly my favorites.
