Comment:  Technically speaking, they did rush number one this year and last year. Whether there sisterhood is perfect I do not know. Yet, I will say that I personally loved all the alpha phis I have worked with on Panhellenic and all the others I have met. They are a top house and yes they might have a few problems here or there but what house doesn't.
