Comment:  Really layed back. They have a southern twist in the sense that over half the guys are either out hunting or fishing every free day they get. They may sound like hicks, but in fact a really diverse group of guys. Nothing bad to say, they are making a comeback to the upper tier at ucm. Give them a year and they will be top 3-5.
