Comment:  Theta is one of the top houses at Butler. Most of the girls are very sweet and proud of their house. They are known for their classiness during the day but on the weekends this goes to hell in a hand basket. They recruit well but that's easy when you are only looking for one type of girl. Also, one of the most expensive houses (not that it's a problem for daddy's little girl...)
