Comment:  Keeping it honest--APhi is NOT top sorority, but they might as well be. I think they have cute and funny girls and they actually have a really fun campus philanthropy event (Mr. Alpha Phi) and are not considered weird/awkward etc. They're so new that they're still forming an impression, and they mix with pretty much the mid tier frats. A lot of girls i know in APhi were vying for a better house (pi phi, tridelt, theta, kappa) but didn't get in.
