Comment:  One of the worst fraternities at Baylor from about 1985 until about 2010. Averaged about 30 members. Then tons of chapters got kicked off (KA, Pike, Sigma Chi, SigEp, Beta, ect.) Phi Delt took advantage of that and finally started to take some guys and get better. But the kids are still try hards who spend all their time trying to "up their rep on campus". Basically they are like a bunch of sorority girls constantly caring about what others think.
