Comment:  Delt is a top house if you are referring to the top 4 houses, SAE, KA and Fiji. They have good involvement with the top tier sororities but GDI's hate them. Ritas and Fajitas is their big blowout party during rush, about 1000 people are there with live music. Most of them are douches but some are pretty chill guys. During rush they have lots of rushees so they can pick and choose who they want.
