Comment:  Will never be top tier until they filter out all the Yankees which will be a loooong time. If we had new and old row here, they'd be the definition of new row - my sister said they were one of the worst on campus when she was here. Truth is they are far from the bottom - tons of fun for sure, but not on the same level as the top tiers.
