Comment:  This fraternity isn't what it was 2,3,4 years ago when they were easily top house (along with SigEp). They've gone downward in the last few years, don't do anything on campus, don't party as much, and now they are barely a middle tier house. People need to get over their reputation of a top house from a few years ago, and realize their current standing as a middle tier, nothing special fraternity.
