Comment:  If Sig Nu, SAE and Sigma Chi are top of the top, then Kappa Sig is probably right ahead of Chi Psi in the lower top houses category. There's a few bad apples in the bunch that I'm not sure how they got in here but for the most part they are really chill and fun guys that take their brotherhood seriously. They also have a very lenient house mom which is awesome
