Comment:  Can't dispute that they are a top tier but honestly I don't know why. I think it's because a lot of them have boyfriends in fraternities that boost their ratings. Because they aren't nice to each other, average looks, SO DRAMATIC. They are the annoying girls crying at parties when everyone else is trying to have fun.
