Comment:  Their brotherhood seems to be strong. A few of them were a little "out there" but not in a bad way. A great group of guys overall! I'd give their parties a C+. You could do worse, you could do better. Their house is old and needs some work. Seriously y'all, your basement may be fun with the black lights on, but at the end of the day, it needs work! Their pledge class is pretty good quality and size-wise. Who knows, maybe in a semester or two they will be an upper-middle tier fraternity.
