Comment:  There is sadly a dark side to Tri-Delta. It is important to know that their are mean-spirited people in every organization, however, under Tri-Delta bullying does occur and Tri Delt sticks their heads in the sand. This disturbs me greatly because there should be a zero tolerance for that.
