Comment:  Had a tough time through review, but got a solid pledge class out of it. Being in a rival fraternity I can honestly admit they will be top tier for a long time. Them being in sig chi, nationally the best helps a lot. Literally have millions just for renovations, this summer redid half their house completely, have a cook and party everyday. They can be arrogant though because although they dress classy they give off a "frat star" vibe because they don't care what people think. Lol hate to love em
