Comment:  Has never traditionally been considered a top tier fraternity but are well on their way to being there. With the house fixed up they may have a solid claim on the single best property in the IFC, and they've done an excellent job with rush so far. Has left Beta in the dust and will likely pass up Delt. Wouldn't be surprised to see them associated with chapters like SAE and SigEp in a year or two
