Comment:  Truth is DZ is still a top house... just under ZTA and probably ADPI (depends on who you talk to). But they continue to self rank, talk crap on other sororities, and refuse to be involved.They have continued to take lower quality girls but still think they're top house but have been on the decline for a while now. They need to step it up with their next pledge class or they're going to be mid tier.
