Comment:  I've known a lot of guys in deke for a long time, and they are by far my favorite middle tier fraternity, because they share the most similarities with the upper tier fraternities--they dress and present themselves well, they look good, and consequently they have very high opinions of themselves, despite their tier. This alienates them from the lower tier sororities and makes enemies with their rival fraternities (chi phi, sig ep) but it makes for a great fraternity that should be ranked higher
