Comment:  They're doing so well for a newer fraternity. They have a house in a great location, a great signature drink, tons of alcohol, and have rushed decently sized pledge classes the past two years. However, they need to get more involved; while their social life is great, there is more to being in Greek life than parties. Also, their house is sinking a little bit, and they might want to do a little more maintenance. With a little more name recognition, these guys will be doing fine.
