Comment:  They have a great group of guys and a fairy decent social life, but they're still a project. Definitely need to build name recognition and become more involved on campus. Would love to see some philanthropy events from them. And their house, while in easy walking distance of the bars, is a little rundown and somewhat sketchy from the outside. They always manage to fill it with girls, though, probably because of their infamous Phi Swig; they still need to work on a few things. Good new frat
