Comment:  Chi-O has definitely dropped from Top Tier. Their pledge classes keep falling short of what they claim their standards and rep to be, and this year is no exception. House is gorgeous, rooms are straight from a PB Teen catalog. But the girls are immature, classless and tacky. I haven't had a positive interaction with a Chi-O in two years. There "philanthropy" work and involvement is also a joke.
