Comment:  Sigma Nu has been doing well with it's last 3 new member classes, especially in the looks department. Their events are some of the best ones i've been too this year. I definitely consider them top tier and would not be surprised to see them passing other traditional "top tier houses" who have been slipping in many of the areas mentioned above.
